As much as you can! The approach that has worked the best for us is finding several partners and having a specific day of the week and time when you meet with each person. That helps reduce the overhead of having to schedule a new appointment each time. Depending on your available time, you can have one or two partners you talk to each day. Meeting once a week usually works best, since you’ll usually have new things to say. For some of your partners, you may find that doing 1-hour sessions works best. For the partners that are particularly easy to talk to, we try to aim for 2 hours, or if you get along really well you can also try meeting twice a week with the same person.
