Once you sign up, the button "Upgrade to premium" in the settings page will turn into “Manage subscription” and clicking on it and then on the “Manage subscription” link, will let you cancel your subscription and update your payment method. If you cancel, you will still have access to the premium content until the end of the current billing period.
